Ibac – IBAC has his own Shazam style powers but when he says his name he returns to his non-super form, Stanley “Stinky” Printwhistle. His powers are from Lucifer and he has the powers of Ivan the Terrible, Cesare Borgia, Attila the Hun and Caligula which is pretty great you guys.
Luke tries to talk about Convergence after 2 other podcasts were recorded and has a great deal of ambivalence and then Luke and Devin start talking about other DC stuff like Batman 66 and Lego Batman. How great is Batman 66 guys?
As originally mentioned in our 8th episode, the What If Age of Ultron special, we weren’t too happy with how What If: Age of Ultron turned out so we came up with a script that our friend Jeremy illustrated for us.
Originally there was another alternate page/two pages drawn but they really didn’t really work and we didn’t feel comfortable with it so we replaced it with the relevant page from #40 of All New X-men though really any continuity retcon works. The joke is more about the weirdness of Marvel continuity effects and less of “oh now Iceman is gay.” Just wanted to clarify intent so there would at least be less problematic responses.
